CHRISTmas

The first recorded Christmas (Christ: the Messiah who God promised.
Mass: gathering.
Christmas: a gathering in the name of Christ) after Jesus’ sat down at the right hand of God.
~Acts 2:1-4
1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.~
God’s promise was fulfilled that day. The gift of a right standing before God and our spirits being made alive in Him! Merry Christmas everyone!

  1. This is a fantastic post I love your insight on the subject and I completely agree! Christ should be the absolute center of Christmas. In my opinion the only reason we should give gifts is to show others the perfect love God showed us when he sent us a gift; His son! So many people have lost sight of that and its nice to see others truly honoring God how he was meant to be honored at Christmas time! ~ Godgirls πŸ™‚

  2. Hey,
I’ve let this site go for a while. Ha. But I’m glad to see a comment!
Yes, His Son is the greatest gift and it comes with no strings attached. That is what makes it so beautiful.
And you are right again, giving gifts with no expectancy of getting payed back is a beautiful way to represent our King.
Thanks for the encouragement and carry on, keeping your eyes fixed on the Messiah.
